Prices are in Canadian dollars. For an order delivered outside of Canada, you are the importer of the product (s) concerned and customs duties or other taxes may be requested. These duties and taxes are at your expense and are your sole responsibility.
This website is the property of Sébastien Beaupré Photographer, who holds all the data, graphics, photographs, images and other information contained therein.
The content is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws, and therefore, may not be used for purposes other than personal.
The use of the content is prohibited without the authorization of Sébastien Beaupré on another website or on another platform.
The content may not be modified, in any way whatsoever, reproduced, displayed, distributed or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes without the consent of Sébastien Beaupré Photographer.
Confidentiality
All personal information provided is protected and will never be sold for commercial purposes. Your personal information will only be collected during the following transactions: order or refund.
Your name and address must be sent to the carrier upon delivery.
Return policy
When you complete an order, you have 24 hours to get a cancellation. A refund will then be made, free of charge. After the deadline, it will not be possible to cancel your order, because it will already be in the process of manufacture or with the carrier.
There is no exchange or refund on products shipped and delivered. You must make sure that you have entered the correct address.
Sébastien Beaupré is not responsible for the delays of the carrier.
Depending on your screen (tablet, cell phone, computer), you may perceive photos to be brighter than they really are, or less colorful.
The products offered on this site are reproductions. When printing, therefore, there may be variations in hue, brightness or contrast. The photographer works with standardized equipment, in order to be as faithful as possible.
